Pathfinder was started by Luke Urbik, who has sailed 16 years as a marine engineer on commercial ships and has held the Chief Engineer seat since 2021. We build practical systems for operations with more work than hours in the day, so more money comes in with less effort.
Luke studied engineering at Texas A&M, then went to sea. That was 16 years ago, and since 2021 he has sailed as Chief Engineer, the man responsible for every system on the ship. Out there the machinery isn't allowed to fail. There's no repair shop in the middle of the ocean. You learn to find the real problem instead of patching the symptom, and to stay with it until it holds.
That's how we work. Most of our clients have become the whole system. Pricing jobs at night, buried in paperwork, holding it together because nobody else knows where anything lives. We find that one thing and build something that takes it off their plate for good, so the business earns more and runs on less of their time.
